What's New at London Jewelers - August 2017

Messika brand founder Valerie Messika marries diamonds of varying shapes to create her Toi & Moi Fine Jewelry collection. The stones, whimsically placed in unexpected ways, complement each other in a resplendent "pas de deux." Featuring largely pear-shaped and emerald cut diamonds set in unusual angles, their silhouettes change with the wear's movement, the results of which are guaranteed to be a conversation starter.
Lightweight and rich with color, Vhernier's Fuseau titanium earrings lend an unexpected charm and flattering silhouette to all facial types. Crafted in three bold tones -- grey, ocean blue and violet -- they are illuminated by a trail of diamonds that courses through them from top to bottom, continuing its sparkly sequence on the earring's opposite side.
The Vhernier Verso earrings, meanwhile, are reinterpreted here in one of the brand's most classic materials: kogolong, a volcanic stone sculpted from a single piece. The terrifically chic results speak for themselves.
At Gucci, the luxury Florentine house's iconic Horsebit motif has been beautifully translated into a collection of pieces that anchor the Fine Jewelry offerings. Fresh and contemporary yet thoroughly classic and timeless, the full collection of styles is available with precious stones and in various precious metals (although we're partial to the yellow gold). Handcrafted in Italy, Gucci gold, platinum and diamonds are all certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council.
