Americana Manhasset recognizes the importance of protecting the personal data of our customers, Website users and visitors (collectively, “users,” “you,” “your”) and has adopted policies and security measures to protect the information you provide to us. When you register, opt-in, sign up for email communications, interact with us via the Website, purchase our Gift Cards by phone, online or in person, use our personal shopper service, participate in any of our events or any other services we may provide or give access to (collectively “Services”), you give us your consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) covers our treatment and use of personally identifiable information and or personal data that is collected via the Website, over the phone, and/or in person. Your credit card number or other payment information may be collected when use our Services, including but not limited to when you purchase at Concierge Services, use our personal shopper services, or purchase Gift Cards on our Website. However, all payment transactions entered into in person, including but not limited to our personal shopper services, or on or through the Website, are processed through third party payment processors, which may include but are not limited to Braintree, Applepay, Paypal and/or Fiserv. The privacy policies and terms of use and other related documents of such third party processors govern, inter alia, the collection, maintenance and protection of your payment information. • Information you submit or post. We collect the information you post in a public space, on our social media pages or our Website, for example a product review.

By registering for Champions for Charity®, you authorize Americana Manhasset to share your information with participating charity(s) and stores to receive transactional email communications if you participate. By participating in our Group GiftCard Program, you authorize Americana Manhasset to share your purchase information with the creator of the Group GiftCard,

As explained above, Americana Manhasset uses third party payment processors, which are service providers to process credit card transactions and fulfill online gift card orders, which service provider(s) may share information and credit card numbers with a credit card processing company, a fraud detection service, an issuing bank, or the card network issuer.

SMS TRANSACTIONAL NOTIFICATIONS:

• You may opt in to receive updates about your order (i.e., Americana Manhasset Group GiftCard creation, pick up, etc.) via SMS.
• You may opt out of SMS updates at any time by replying "STOP”. After replying "STOP" you will receive an SMS message confirming that you have been opted out. California Do Not Track Notice

In the event that Fifth Avenue of Long Island Realty Associates, LLC (“Fifth Avenue Associates”) or one of its affiliates is involved in a merger, acquisition, consolidation, restructuring, reorganization, liquidation, sale or similar transaction relating to any portion of its business and/or assets, or in the unlikely event that Fifth Avenue Associates, goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, each user hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Website and all data collected on the Website for Fifth Avenue Associates’ own purposes (including Personal Information still within our possession, custody or control), and any of our rights and obligations under this Privacy Policy may be included in the assets of, and/or transferred pursuant to, such transaction, and that any acquirer or successor (or a third party through bankruptcy) of Fifth Avenue Associates, may continue to use the Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
